01 — WORKING TOGETHER
Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service govern use of the Thread Works website and services. By requesting services, submitting a project, placing an order, or using our website, you agree to these terms.
02 — OUR SERVICES
Services Provided
Thread Works provides custom apparel, cut-and-sew production, embroidery, customization, private-label apparel, custom branding, sampling, bulk production, and related services.
03 — PROJECT REQUIREMENTS
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate designs, artwork, measurements, specifications, branding information, quantities, and other requirements needed for their project.
04 — SAMPLES & APPROVAL
Sample Approval Process
Where sampling is required, clients must review and approve samples before production. Changes after approval may require additional time or cost.
05 — ORDERS & PAYMENT
Payment Terms
Production follows the agreed project terms. Pricing, deposits, balances, payment schedules, quantities, and other commercial terms are communicated before production.
06 — PRODUCTION
Production Timelines
Production timelines depend on garment type, quantity, materials, customization, sampling, and project requirements. Estimated timelines may change because of circumstances outside reasonable control.
07 — ARTWORK & CUSTOMIZATION
Intellectual Property Rights
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use all logos, artwork, designs, trademarks, and other materials supplied to Thread Works.
08 — QUALITY CONTROL
Quality Standards
Thread Works aims to maintain consistent construction, customization, finishing, and quality. Clients should report concerns promptly so they can be reviewed.
09 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Delivery Terms
Orders may be shipped locally or internationally. Delivery times vary according to destination, shipping provider, customs, and other circumstances outside Thread Works' control.
10 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Ownership Rights
Clients remain responsible for intellectual property they provide. Thread Works retains rights to its own branding, website content, photography, designs, processes, and proprietary materials unless otherwise agreed.
11 — CONFIDENTIALITY
Confidential Information
Project information, designs, specifications, and business information may be treated confidentially where agreed between Thread Works and the client.
12 — RESPONSIBILITY
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Thread Works is not responsible for delays or losses caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
